INCLEMENT WEATHER
If persistent wet weather is expected for the entire morning only the Observance will be held at the Mercer High School Gymnasium, W. Butler Street., and moved to 11 A.M., 4 blocks SW of the Court House. If a storm is expected to move through the area early, there will be a one hour rain delay for all events. The decision will be made at 8 A.M.
